The Turkish company "XXX" converts rubles into European currency and transfers funds for the goods to the European seller and then waits for confirmation from him about crediting funds to the account, if necessary, conducting business correspondence with the supplier regarding further document management and delivery of cargo to a warehouse in Turkey.

The sender must issue a European export certificate taking into account the shipment of goods to Turkey. The goods arrive at the transit warehouse in the city of Gemlik / Istanbul / Free Zone port of Istanbul. At the same time, the European export office must be closed in Turkey and the European seller must receive an electronic confirmation to his customs office for a refund of European VAT (VAT).

After the goods are reissued in the transit zone, the Turkish company sends the goods to Russia.

The purchase and sale costs will amount to 5% of the invoice value.

The costs of organizing logistics operations for transporting cargo from Europe through Turkey to Russia are calculated on the actual request and paid on the Russian side to the Russian logistics company at the commercial rate of the bank.
