Small groupage and groupage cargoes are consolidated at intermediate warehouses in Europe, from where 1-2 trucks go to Russia every week. At the warehouse, the cargo is processed (packed, etc.), customs clearance is carried out and other documents are prepared for transportation. Then the cargo is sent to the country of destination. Upon arrival, the cargo goes through the customs clearance procedure, as well as the execution of the necessary documents. After that, it is delivered to the specified address.
The cargo can be delivered both directly to the recipient (possibly to the door), and to the nearest warehouse of the transport company. The company is obliged to inform the client about all the nuances that may arise during the transportation. She also deals with cargo insurance, and, if necessary, draws up all related documentation. Delivery of goods is carried out on the basis of DDP and DDU. On the DDU condition - the cargo is delivered according to a separate CMR to the consignee's temporary storage warehouse. On the DDP basis - the cargo is delivered either to our warehouse, from where the client can pick it up by self-delivery, or we can deliver the cargo ourselves to the client's warehouse or send it across Russia and the CIS. The basis of our work is speed and reliability. Consolidated cargo is covered by CMR insurance, but at the request of the Client, we can offer him additional cargo insurance at reduced rates.
